Laura is a high achieving mother of 2 children. In the past, she had a flying career as a model, she made regular appearance on Xbox one games, she also worked at UFC, you might recognize her as a ring side model. She was an accomplished athlete, excelling in softball and soccer, more interesting, she was varsity wrestler. In her school, there was no female only wrestling program, Laura often find herself competing in wrestling tournaments with boys, and usually found herself as winner of many competition. Despite all this alpha accomplishments, Laura still found herself lacking confidence and self esteem. She often find herself reminded of criticism from an earlier age. She wonders if Bernie can use hypnosis to help her feel confident again.

Welcome to this new format of Hypnotist Bernie’s Exposition. Thanks to the good people at CCTV, we are able to get a full hour of broadcast every Tuesday night on prime time. Hypnosis is a state of human consciousness involving focused attention and reduced peripheral awareness and an enhanced capacity for response to suggestion. Theories explaining what occurs during hypnosis fall into two groups. Altered state theories see hypnosis as an altered state of mind or trance, marked by a level of awareness different from the ordinary conscious state. In contrast, Non-state theories see hypnosis as a form of imaginative role-enactment
